Get Control Over Your Mornings!
If you roll out of bed when a child screams or comes to get you, or if the first things you hear when you open your eyes are: Mom, where are my socks?! This juice is not cold enough! I don’t want to eat breakfast right now! Come on, we’re late!!! , you are not alone!
Most mothers wake up TO their kids rather than FOR their kids. And when the day starts hectic, the rest of your time will be spent in martyr mode.
When everybody else’s needs are more important than our own and we attend to at least 10 demands before the first cup of coffee, we are in serious danger of not enjoying motherhood.
In this email course, you will learn how to take care of your needs FIRST, start the day relaxed and in silence and welcome the kids into your day that is already going well.

Trusting me with your email is the equivalent of trusting me with your purse while you rescue your kid from behind the supermarket shelves. I will take really good care of it. While I cheer you on from the side.

"It's impossible to be grateful and unhappy in the same time."
When we make gratitude a daily practice, our entire life will recalibrate to include it as an operating mode. And when we acknowledge what we already have and focus on the positive aspects, everything and everybody will benefit.
My Gratitude Journal is the first thing I write in the morning. Would you like a copy?

See what I do every day
My morning routine has four separate elements that contribute to starting an awesome day. It's all a focus on myself, filling the well of my soul with self-compassion and silence. Only when I prioritize the quality of my time and thoughts, I can be fully present with my three children, engaged with my spouse and creative in my business.
